Context

In the difficult context in which Kendall and I have evolved recently, and in the face of the storms we have weathered as a team, we have been able to surround ourselves with the support we needed to find a place for UX within our company.

We had the pleasure of presenting our role and our method to the product managers we work with on a daily basis. In this company where we are trying to upset the established codes, we were heard, understood, and are now working hand in hand with these managers towards an ideal of UX - product collaboration.
